Return & Refund Policy

Standard Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receipt. Refunds will be issued for returned items. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please email support@kgtre.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

We will provide further instructions once your request is reviewed.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 14 days with photos of the damaged item and your order number. Use the subject line: DAMAGED ITEM.

Missing Items

If any item is missing from your order, contact us at support@kgtre.com with the subject line: MISSING ITEM.
